The EMBO Meeting 2010 - advancing the life sciences

SUBMIT LATE ABSTRACTS BY 30 JULY & REGISTER UNTIL 15 AUGUST

This annual meeting brings together 2,000 scientists working in the life sciences.
It features an impressive line-up of more than 120 world-class scientific speakers, including: Elizabeth Blackburn (Nobel Laureate 2009), Cliff Tabin, Marc Vidal and Ron Weiss.

The programme inlcudes three plenary lecture sessions devoted to modern evolutionary biology, molecular developmental biology and the rapidly developing fields related to systems biology, such as functional genomics, network, and synthetic biology.

A rich selection of topics will be addressed in 21 workshops, juxtaposing classical fields of research with those exploring new frontiers in molecular biology.

Daily meet the speaker lunches, giving access to leading researchers, and poster sessions extend the scientific programme.
